Drinking and Driving: Are we finally getting the message?

A recent survey, by the road safety group PARC, found that 99% of people recently are in favour of a reduction in the current drink driving level. The survey was conducted among 3,262 people in Donegal, Leitrim, Sligo, Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, and Cork.
