“Faith isn’t faith until it’s all you’re holding on to”

by admin

So financial companies fall; some forever, others are saved and generally the world is turned upside down  and the reality of the credit crunch starts to become apparent.  It sounds like fun doesn’t it?

Well not really because everyone seems to be scared of what the next step could be. The US government  has for once decided to be a little bit cautious in who exactly they decide to bail out which can lead to problems in the price of housing to the price of a loaf of bread, which is something to think about the world over.

Add to those recently who have suffered in seeing all of their possessions disappear or be destroyed by the varying degrees of weather across the globe and you start to wonder what exactly is happening on this planet?

It may be a case of  repeating the same mistakes from depressions of old and spending a long time trying to catch up. There has to be faith that we won’t make exactly that same mistake and that we will be able to show what we have learned

Maybe there just has to be faith, with all the problems in the world that exist we seem to have lost a lot of belief in our ability to dig ourselves out of them. It’s happened before and while the world cannot be turned around in a split second, we can do something to make sure we do not continue to make the wrong choices, over and over again.
